We are looking for a senior change practitioner with clear business acumen from complex transformations in global environments with the ability to lead, design & drive change in programmes & projects.

What you’ll do
- Develop and implementend-to-end OCM strategies for programmes & projects
- Design& lead impact assessments, change readiness, stakeholder mapping & change networks to drive organisational impact
- Advise & coach clients to develop internal change capability & maturity
- Conceptualise & execute innovative communication activities & campaigns to spark attention & desire
- Design training needs analyses & drive development of training that changes behaviours & increases adoption
- Map benefits, engage benefit owners and measure adoption & benefits realisation
- Advise senior leaders, sponsors, technical specialists& managementon organisational risk & mitigations
- Develop & grow our Delivery & Organisational Change offering to meet demand for AI adoption, digital transformation & new ways of working
