Role Description
Unify Partners is seeking an experienced and hands-on Supply Chain and Operations Transformation Consultant to drive digital and operational excellence across complex, manufacturing and logistics-heavy environments. In this role, you will help clients bridge the gap between business processes and enabling technologies, translating strategic business objectives into practical, technology-enabled solutions. By designing scalable and resilient operations, you will contribute directly to Unify Partners’ vision of unifying business and technology, ensuring that strategy and execution work hand in hand to deliver measurable value.
What you'll do:
- Lead and deliver transformation projects within supply chain and operations, ensuring alignment between business processes and enabling technologies (ERP, WMS, MES, SCADA, APS).
- Design and optimise end-to-end operational processes, leveraging best practices in process management and digital enablement to drive efficiency, scalability, and resilience.
- Advise clients on system architecture and integration strategies, including ERP and manufacturing execution systems, to support operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business and IT stakeholders, ensuring unified approaches to change management, process ownership, and system adoption.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, contributing to capability building within the firm and supporting the growth of Unify Partners’ supply chain and operations practice.
Qualifications, we hope you will bring
Must Have Skills and Experience:
- Master's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (6-8+ years) in consulting and/or industry roles focused on supply chain, operations, or manufacturing.
- Demonstrated success in delivering digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing or logistics-heavy industries.
- Hands-on experience with operational systems such as ERP (for example, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365), WMS, MES, SCADA, or APS platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear system requirements and practical process designs.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments that require both strategic thinking and operational execution.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (for example, Power BI or Tableau) and process mining technologies.
- Strong understanding of process management methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN.
- Knowledge of regulatory environments (for example, GMP or ISO standards) in sectors such as pharmaceuticals or food and beverage.
- Exposure to artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in supply chain optimisation or predictive maintenance.
- Experience working in cross-border or multi-site operations.
- Strong communication in both English and Danish – our corporate language is English!
