Role Description
To sparkle the growth of Unify Partners, we are looking for a strategic as well as hands-on communications & marketing lead to join our team and strengthen our external communication activities.
Unify Partners is a management consultancy firm, established in 2022 and now counting 33 unifiers. We are growing and expect to continue to do so in the years to come.
Together with the leadership team, you will play a central role in developing communication and marketing plans, and not least in making them come alive. The goal is to build a next-level brand image and drive business growth through effective communication and marketing.
This is a part-time (25-35 hours/week), project-based position initially lasting 6 months. We offer a hybrid work model to support work-life balance, with regular office presence encouraged. The start date is flexible to suit the ideal candidate.

As advisors and consultants, we help our customers unify businesses and technology, and we specialise in seven competence areas: Supply Chain & Operations, Sustainability & ESG, Digital Transformation Enablement, Business Solutions & ERP, Digital Financial Operations, AI & analytics and not least Change & Delivery to make the changes stick.
Our work is often complex, and we want to strengthen our ability to show and tell the market how we help create value.

- Develop a communications & marketing plan to strengthen our brand
- Develop and manage our online presence, including website content, SEO, and social media engagement
- Develop and manage Content Creation to communicate thought leadership and generate leads in collaboration with our subject matter experts
- Collaborate with external parties if needed
- Oversee graphics and messaging in all external communications
- Potentially, organize events and promotional activities
- Manage marketing campaigns
